In 2017 TrimTab struck a partnership with Abita Brewing in Louisiana that expanded their production tenfold, and one of the beers they scaled up was Paradise Now Raspberry Berliner Weisse — proof that sometimes growth brings out the best in a recipe.

It pours a vivid pink-red that doesn’t apologize for being pretty. The nose is tart raspberry — not fake, not candy, but the real deal — over a lactic base that promises what the palate confirms: bright, clean sourness with raspberry flavor that’s genuinely present without being cloying. The carbonation is crisp, the body is light, and the finish is refreshingly tart.
